333rs Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 333rs ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 333rs platform — including the website, mobile app, sports betting section, casino and game lobby — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the platform. Continued use of 333rs after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To use 333rs you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 333rs does not permit access to or use by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be the individual personally registering the account — proxy registrations, accounts created on behalf of another person, and shared accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction or self-exclusion that prohibits you from using an online gambling platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

333rs reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved. Winnings accumulated before age verification is confirmed may be withheld pending successful verification.

Each individual player is entitled to register and maintain one account only on 333rs. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified through shared name, CNIC, device, IP address, payment method or any combination of these factors — are considered duplicate accounts and are a violation of these Terms.

Registration Information

During registration you are required to provide accurate and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and a valid Pakistani mobile number. All information provided must be truthful — registering with false details, a nickname or another person's identity constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your 333rs account login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. 333rs will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately via live chat. 333rs is not liable for losses arising from access to your account by a third party where reasonable security precautions were not maintained by the account holder.

All accounts on 333rs are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawals can be processed. The verification process requires submission of the following documents:

• A clear photo of both sides of your Pakistan National Identity Card (CNIC or NICOP).
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your identity document next to your face.
• Verification that the payment method registered on your account (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account) is in your own name and matches the name on your 333rs account.
• Proof of address may be required for accounts with higher withdrawal volumes — a recent utility bill or bank statement suffices.

KYC documents are reviewed by the 333rs verification team during business hours. The process is typically completed within 24 hours of submission. We recommend completing verification immediately after registration rather than waiting until you request your first withdrawal.

All documents submitted for KYC are treated as confidential and processed in accordance with the 333rs Privacy Policy. They are used solely for identity confirmation and fraud prevention purposes.

All deposits on 333rs are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer (IBFT). Minimum deposit amounts and any per-method limits are displayed at the time of deposit.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party funding — where someone other than the registered account holder makes a deposit on your behalf — is not permitted.
• 333rs does not charge a fee for processing deposits. Charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control and are not reimbursed by 333rs.
• Deposited funds are credited to your real money balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In cases of technical delay, contact support with your transaction reference for a manual credit investigation.
• 333rs reserves the right to refuse a deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment account registered in the player's name.

Withdrawals from 333rs are processed to your real money balance — the portion of your account balance that consists of deposited funds or winnings generated through real money play, net of any active bonus balance that has not yet been converted.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal will be processed.
• Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the deposit — this is the return-to-source policy applied by 333rs for security purposes.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts: PKR 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa, PKR 500 for Raast, PKR 1,000 for Bank Transfer.
• Only one withdrawal request may be pending at any time. A second request cannot be submitted until the current one is processed.
• 333rs does not charge a withdrawal fee on any method. The amount requested is the full amount dispatched to the payment processor.

Bonuses and promotional offers available on 333rs are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the time each promotion is claimed. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are set out here. Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these general terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated per promotion) that must be placed in qualifying bets before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real money.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute less or not at all. Contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time window. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active, bets exceeding the stated maximum per spin or per bet (typically PKR 500 unless otherwise stated) may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any time. Claiming a second bonus while one is already active is not permitted.
• Abuse and exploitation: 333rs reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies used to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

All sports bets placed on 333rs are subject to the following general rules. Specific market rules for cricket, football and esports may contain additional provisions relevant to settlement in edge cases.

Bet Acceptance and Settlement

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, the odds are fixed for that bet regardless of subsequent market movements.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay during which the bet may be declined if odds have changed materially. If an in-play bet is not confirmed within this window, the stake is returned to your balance.
• Cricket bets — including PSL, T20 internationals and other formats — are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body. Matches abandoned or interrupted without reaching a result threshold may be settled as void, with stakes returned. Specific abandonment rules are stated per market.
• 333rs reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted in error — including obvious pricing mistakes — with full stake return to the player.
• Maximum win amounts per event and per account are applied to protect the platform against exposure. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.

Forbidden Betting Activity

The following activities in the sports betting section will result in bet voiding and may result in account closure: placing bets with inside knowledge, colluding with other players to exploit markets, using automated betting systems or bots, and systematic exploitation of pricing errors.

Casino games available in the 333rs game lobby are provided by third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Play'n GO and others. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game are set by the respective provider and are not modified by 333rs.

All slot and RNG casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation within the provider's game engine. 333rs as a platform operator has no ability to modify game outcomes, adjust RTP in real time, or influence the result of any spin or hand.

Live casino outcomes — roulette wheel results, card draws in Baccarat and Blackjack, and comparable games — are determined by physical objects (real cards, real wheels) in a live studio environment operated by the provider. 333rs records game session data and can retrieve results for any completed round in the event of a dispute.

In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, 333rs settles the bet based on the game result that actually occurred. Session records are maintained for this purpose. If you believe a round was settled incorrectly, contact support within 72 hours with the game name and approximate time of the round.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 333rs. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent ban:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical tool to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes or exploit markets in ways that are not consistent with genuine play.
• Depositing funds using a payment account not registered in your own name, or using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment details.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or pricing mistakes in the platform for systematic gain.
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds of illegal origin. 333rs cooperates fully with relevant authorities and reports suspicious activity in accordance with applicable financial regulations.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.

333rs may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any section of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• Account holder request — you may close your 333rs account at any time by contacting support. Balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your verified payment method before closure is finalised.
• Self-exclusion request under Responsible Gaming terms.

In cases where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. In cases where an account is closed for reasons outside the account holder's control (for example, a technical error), any confirmed real money balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

333rs provides tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity. These tools are available to all account holders at any time from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR caps on how much can be deposited. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased in real time — increases require a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours up to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Request a longer account suspension of 6 months to 5 years. During self-exclusion, login is blocked and no promotional material will be sent to the excluded account.

333rs provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain continuous availability and accurate pricing, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control.

333rs is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, connectivity failures on the player's side, or third-party payment processing delays. Our liability to any individual player in connection with the platform is limited to the real money balance held in the player's verified account at the time of the claim.

Casino game outcomes, sports results and all content provided by third-party game studios are outside the direct control of 333rs once the game or event is in progress. We settle bets according to confirmed official results and recorded game session data.

333rs may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered account holders through an in-platform notification or, where appropriate, by email to the address registered on your account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the 333rs platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange the withdrawal of any remaining real money balance and the closure of your account.
